Meet Giselle

Meet Giselle Castano, our amazing herbal Apprentice who is also a lover of the stars and translator of that ancient language. She hails from New York with ancestral connections to Mexico. Giselle comes to tend, gather and grow with us on the farm 2 days a week:) She started with us in March and will be with us until the end of October.
